Wonders Of Earth

There are many wonders on this earth,
it’s a puzzle why we sometimes do not see,
that there are wonders everywhere,
in Rome, in Egypt and in Sicily.

Even as the hours go by,
wonders are still a happening.
A baby is born almost every minute,
even as the world is still revolving.

Trees that grow so tall,
they almost touch the sky.
Flowers that bloom so bright and beautiful,
they almost hurt your eye.

Grass as green as green can be.
seas so blue as blue as the sky.
It is the sun that keeps the cycle going,
without the cycle, we all will die.

The surprises continue through the night,
the wonders still never cease.
In fact, the beauty of it all,
will hold you spellbound and infinitely at ease.

Stars scattered all over the sky,
act as a blanket for the cold, black, night.
The moon which stands out most of all.
seem so huge beside the stars so slight.

People often forget,
about the sources that we deplete.
If one cannot appreciate nature’s beauty and her mysteries.
one will never ever be complete.
